Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only using USPS.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping time depends on USPS and your location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, but delays can happen during holidays, bad weather, or busy seasons.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Jewelry by Dali is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
