We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.  To initiate a return or for any questions contact us at support@jewelrybydali.com

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Final sale items and used items cannot be returned.
