How do I find my ring size?

• Take a piece of non-stretchable string or paper and a pen.
• Then wrap the string around your finger until it overlaps and mark it. Make sure the fit is snug and not too loose or too tight.
• Then measure the length and refer to the chart below--looking to the Inside Circumference for your size.

Do you offer jewelry in bulk?

No, we do not offer selling jewelry in bulk.

 

Do you offer ring resizing?

No, we do not offer resizing. You can always bring your jewelry to your local jeweler for sizing.

 

Do you offer custom jewelry?

No, we do not offer customized jewelry.

 

How do I clean my jewelry?

The best way to take care of your jewelry is to have a polishing cloth to keep the silver looking its best. Most harsh chemicals will damage the natural beauty of the stones.

 

What is 925 sterling silver?

Sterling silver 925 is the standard grade of most sterling silver jewelry. An alloy (silver with another metal) is usually 92.5% of silver by weight and 7.5% of another metal. Pure silver is usually too soft to be used by itself and so it is strengthened by using copper or another metal that is stronger in jewelry.

All of our jewelry is stamped with "925" to certify the authenticity of the silver which is standard procedure with any sterling silver 925 grade jewelry.

 

Is all of your jewelry sterling silver 925?

Correct. All of our jewelry is this standard grade. We do not carry any other metals.

 

Do you offer chains for pendants?

We do not offer chains for the pendants at this time. There may be a point in the future when we will consider doing this. For now we just offer pendants standalone.

 

Can I get quicker shipping on my purchases?

Certainly! There will, however, be an additional charge involved.

 

Can I get a refund for my purchase?
